A subscription grants access to the Lock-In Session feature, which blocks apps and websites, and times your sessions.

Yearly subscriptions come with a 1 week free trial, and if the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial, then the yearly subscriptions $19.99 charge will be initiated.
